Volunteer & Learning Opportunities
Internships
One and three month internships are available on a limited basis for hardworking dedicated passionately permaculture people. The majority of our mornings are dedicated to farm work: daily rhythms and various projects. Experience or course work is not required, though is desired. If you enjoy working hard and have much enthusiasm to learn about tropical agriculture and permaculture please inquire. We would like to hear about your interests, experience, and desired dates, as our internships are generally tailored to the individual’s interests.
Volunteer Days
Friday mornings we invite the community to share in the development, and ongoing maintenance of our various gardens and orchards. Volunteers will develop skills as they meander through the many networks and paths, harvest giant papayas, eat starfruit and mangos, and take home produce to share with family and friends. Keiki are welcome. Please leave dogs at home as we have many types of fowl that roam freely.
